Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed, their bonuses, pending bonus winnings and wagers are voided, and we retain their positive balances. After 12 months without a login, your account becomes inactive. Before that, we contact you and attempt to return your real-money balance unless our terms allow us to withhold payment. A £5 monthly fee then applies while the account stays in credit, and it stops as soon as you log in again. After 18 months without a login, the account is closed as dormant, and you can contact us to have your real-money balance returned.
The offer is for new customers based in the UK. Tick the opt-in on the registration form, then deposit and stake at least £20 in a single deposit, on any game you like. Winnings are split between your cash and bonus balances in line with your bonus-to-cash ratio at the time of each bet, and the bonus turns into cash once the wagering is complete. The Gamble feature on slots and the Double feature on video poker do not count towards wagering. Winnings from 0% games played before the wagering is met may be voided.
Bonus money lasts 30 days from activation, and if the wagering is not met in that time, the remaining bonus is removed. Each bonus has its own balance, expiry and playthrough, and the earliest one is used first. Bonuses need play in the primary currency of the country where you are registered and are playing from, which for UK accounts is pounds sterling, and we may withhold bonuses and winnings from deposits that break this rule.
Until a bonus has been wagered through, any single bet of 30% or more of the bonus credited counts as irregular play. Equal, zero or low-margin bets and hedge betting count the same way. Where we find irregular play, we may withhold withdrawals and confiscate winnings.

Self-exclusion lasts 6 months, or any whole number of years from 1 to 5.
